The Umbra Institute is pleased to announce the second edition of the Perugia Food Studies Conference. The conference will be held June 5-8, 2014, at The Umbra Institute in Perugia, Italy. Keynote speakers include Rachel Black (Boston University), Kolleen Guy (University of Texas at San Antonio), and Amy Trubek (University of Vermont).
